Genuine Broaster Chicken never fails to impress! I opted for the Signature Wagyu Meal, and it was a delight from the first bite. The burger was impeccably fresh and juicy, showcasing top-notch quality. The ambiance exudes warmth and cleanliness, offering both indoor and outdoor seating options. It's a refreshing change from other establishments in South West Sydney, such as Chubby Bun. Genuine Broaster Chicken gets my highest recommendation for its outstanding food and inviting atmosphere. Broaster Chicken Minto is my go-to spot whenever I’m craving fried chicken! The chicken is perfectly crispy, super juicy, and full of flavor—honestly better than KFC. You can really tell it’s freshly made, not greasy or overcooked like some places. The staff are always friendly and the service is quick, even during busy times. I also love their sides—fries are crispy, and the coleslaw is fresh and tasty. The whole place is clean and well-kept, which just adds to the experience. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for quality fried chicken. You won’t be disappointed!
